Not pushy and very helpfull.

I shop and service at Stokes for the convenience of being a Newberry resident and I am a firm believer to promote and buy locally to support our area and neighborhood, and the other main reason is the service quality I receive from Kyle the service writer, who is always a pleasure to work with and shows a sincere quality to always assist me.

Kyle L. service writer and Samuel the technician did a great job getting me in and the service performed in a timely manner.

The salesperson spent quite a bit of time showing me how to operate the vehicle. The general manager was very polite and I was impressed with how much he valued the reputation of his company.

Went in to have air put in tier, and they found a hole in the tire. Air was put in tire that would last until I could bring the car back in the morning when new tire would there. Very polite, processional; Did not order the tire until they asked if they should. Work done in reasonable. Always good work there

My experience with Stokes Trainor was excellent, as was my previous. Kat was wonderful to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. She was professional, kind, and a just a pleasure. The entire process was seemless. They treat you with respect, no gimmics or high pressure. They go above and beyond in helping you purchase the right vehicle for you!

Only problem i had on this visit was that tech broke cover for On Star module that was being repaired. Did not have part in stock. So waiting to drive back from Lexington to Newberry when they let me know part is in stock

Vehicle was received for service at appointment time. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Once service was complete, service manager provided me information on my service and answered all my questions.

The dealership always does a good job, but they have still yet to call me to fix my vehicle where they damaged it the last time I was there for service! It has been almost four months.

Wait time was somewhat long. Wait time was close to 2hours

Had to bring truck in due to check engine light that came on after GM software update. Truck had to be reprogrammed and I was charged which seems odd if the issue was caused by GM update. Service visit was handled professionally and in a timely manner.

The job was done. Detail could have made it better. No decal for next oil change; oil life was not reset. Said tires were inflated , they all were 5 or more lbs under recommendations. Dealer said tires are to be rotated, manual said otherwise. The little things mean a lot to someone who really cares about their car
